FIELD: hygienic aids.
SUBSTANCE: extrusion method of production is described which method is used for making hygienic items, in particularly, children's pampers. Pampers are made in form of five-layered canvas made of polyethylene or polypropylene in composition within single production cycle by means of two extruders due to special multi-channel flat-slot head. There is one channel for any separate canvas. During production cycle, film during pulling is pulled out in "inline" mode at longitudinal direction to achieve high breathing activity. Then clip-sticker is simultaneously extruded onto external canvases and onto corresponding twisted canvas which results to production of relatively cheap hygienic aid being ready to use. Moisture-proof central canvas is formed of five separately extruded canvases, two breathing-active air-proof film canvases as external ones, water-absorbing coating film provided with extendable tape at the end, and absorbing cushion.
EFFECT: improved reliability; reduced cost of production.
