FIELD: manufacturing processes related to production of different closed sections such as tubes, vessels, tanks and so on for gas-oil industry branch, municipal services and other purposes.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of continuously winding belt at side fixation of turns simultaneously in several layers; performing winding of each layer in direction opposite to that of previous layer and by controlled angle while providing static or vibration mode of winding belt with vibration oscillation wave length equal to belt thickness or multiple to it; preliminarily wetting belt in adhesive liquid or placing adhesive film into space between layers. Combination of close winding of belt in vibration mode with inter-layer adhesive or adhesive wetting allows create strength dense sealed base of section stable in mode of shifting possibly occurring at exploitation.
EFFECT: elimination of inter-layer separation, improved fluid-tightness in static mode and also in mode of spontaneous shifting at operation.
