FIELD: manufacturing processes related to tube production and to laying them in gas-oil industry branch and public service.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding band material placed on drum onto guiding rolls and further onto rolls used for cutting through openings and fixing spines in metallic band; lengthwise profiling of band on rolls used for applying onto inner side of profiled band separating erosion-proof layer; feeding prepared band between rolls for directly shaping tube and fixing turns by means of spines passed through cut-through openings in closing corrugation; simultaneously passing in said corrugation under spines reinforcing member made of strength materials subjected to tension, for example metallic rope, wire of shaped material; after fixing spines and squeezing reinforcing member by means of rolls at outer side of tube, applying corrosion resistant layer. Erosion-proof and corrosion resistant layers may by reinforced in addition by means of woven yarn net or polymeric net. Tube is finally formed at applying the last protective layer. Then tube is guided and laid to lodgment. Invention allows to make tubes directly in place of their mounting without welding operations due to using lock joints in all technologically joined portions and cut-in portions.

EFFECT: lowered number of mounting butts of tubes.
