FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for dispensing water or drinks based on tea or coffee. Proposed device has container for drink, and valve. Drink contains low-soluble gas creating frothing, being exposed to gas pressure in head space of container equal to at least 2.5 atm at temperature from 5°C to 15°C. Such conditions are sufficient for provision of discharge of drink from dispensing device in form of frothed fluid medium at opening of valve.
EFFECT: provision of drink containing very small gas bubbles creating pleasant velvety feeling at drinking.
