SUBSTANCE: beverage dispensing device for beverage preparation and pouring comprising: source of pressurized liquid base containing CO2, N2 or N2O, dissolved in it, and having gas excess pressure of at least 0.5 bar at 2 °C; a beverage preparation and dispensing unit with a liquid flow path comprising an inlet for liquid at one end, which is in fluid communication with the liquid base in the liquid base source by means of pipeline fittings, and an outlet for the beverage at the opposite end; apparatus for receiving an ingredient container, comprising a container for an ingredient mounted therein such that, when properly inserted, the ingredient container contents are in fluid communication with the liquid flow path for mixing the ingredient container contents with the liquid base in the liquid flow path; a gas pressure control unit comprising a pressure chamber provided in the fluid flow path downstream of the fluid communication between the fluid flow path and the ingredient container content; inlet hole for gas ingredient is communicated via fluid medium with pressure chamber via pipeline fittings.
EFFECT: proposed beverage dispensing device comprises device for receiving container for ingredient and regulator of gas pressure, and method of beverage dispensing used with such device.
