FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cold beverage preparation device comprising an open cooling container for receiving a liquid beverage, cooler connected to cooling reservoir for cooling at least part of inner surface of cooling reservoir, rotating mixing element located in cooling reservoir, for mixing or foaming of liquid depending on the rotation speed of the element and a rotating scraper element located in the cooling reservoir, for cleaning the inner surface of the cooling reservoir, wherein rotating mixing element and scraper element are independently actuated inside cooling device.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device intended for preparation of cooled and foamed beverages.
