FIELD: production of radio-absorbing coats and materials for protection of biological objects against microwave radiation, camouflage of military items, reduction of interference and noise in electronic units; reduction of noise in rooms with microwave equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed radio-absorbing film material is used as covers or is bonded to inner walls of electronic equipment, to walls of rooms or is applied by means of sprayer on surface to be protected. Proposed method consists in applying radio-absorbing material on surface to be protected in several layers; each layer is dried before applying subsequent layer. Rings made from conducting material are placed in one of layers. One of layers of radio-absorbing material is made from composite material possessing ferro-magnetic properties. Coat is treated in permanent magnet field so that vector of magnetic field intensity lies in plane of coat. Coat thus produced possesses high radio absorption at thickness of lesser than 1 mm in wide range of wave length. Provision is made for change of radio absorption in coat as a whole and in separate sections.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
