FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical processing oxide hexagonal ferrimagnetic material with a W-structure in a mechanical activator with power density 20-40 g and mixing with epoxy resin ratio wt %: oxide hexagonal ferromagnetic material 65-90, epoxy resin 10-35. The powder is divided into N batches, each separately processed in a mechanical activator for a period of time necessary for achieving a condition when static magnetic permittivity µ123>…µN, where 1, 2, 3…N corresponds to the number of the layer, and then the layer consisting of first batch powder mixed with epoxy resin is joined with a metallic substrate and next layers consisting of powder from other batches, also mixed with epoxy resin, are successively joined with the said layer.

EFFECT: wider frequency range of electromagnetic waves absorbed by the ferromagnetic material.
