Abstract RU 2295010 C2

FIELD: building, particularly to erect low residential, industrial and public buildings.

SUBSTANCE: low building comprises foundation, floor and roof panels, enveloping wall structures and bearing posts made as pipe-and-concrete columns arranged along outer building walls and located from inner sides thereof. The pipe-and-concrete columns are spaced equal distances from outer building walls. Distance between pipe-and-concrete columns is equal to 0.5-0.7 of adjoining building wall length. The pipe-and-concrete columns are joined to foundation and floor panels. Roof panels are supported by pipe-and-concrete columns. Enveloping structures are made of light-weight concrete, which is prepared by grouting filler with encapsulated binding agent.

EFFECT: reduced erection time, increased seismic stability and operational reliability.
