FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises damping members and flexible members made of a stack of flexible arch-shaped members made of an assembly of alternating springs oriented in mutually perpendicular directions. Each of the flat springs is provided with horizontal shelf and two side shelves bent at an angle of 135° to the horizontal shelf and provided with bearing sections at their ends. The damping member of the vibration insulator is friction and is made of rivets arranged parallel to the axis of the vibration insulator. The rivets are made of a friction material and connect the flat springs that cooperate with the base.
EFFECT: improved vibration insulation.
