FIELD: armament, in particular, automatic rifled small arms and gun weapon and operation of its automatics.
SUBSTANCE: the method of weapon automatics operation consists in ramming of the cartridge to the cartridge chamber during one cycle of operation with the aid of reciprocating motion of the breechblock, locking of the bore, shot, unlocking of the bore and extraction of the fired cartridge case by return motion of the breechblock. Rotary motion is imparted to the projectile about its longitudinal axis, the rotary motion of the barrel is transformed to the reciprocating motion of the breechblock. The weapon has a receiver, breechblock, trigger mechanism and a cartridge feed mechanism. The barrel is made for rotation about its longitudinal axis. Rollers are fastened on the barrel outer surface, and a coupling having cam surfaces on the inner surface is fitted on the barrel. A compression spring is installed between the coupling and the rear lug on the receiver, the coupling is coupled to the breechblock. On the side of the breech end the barrel is made with lugs or cut-outs engaged with the breech cut-outs or lugs at barrel rotation for locking the bore for the time of the shot.
EFFECT: provided overcoming of several misfires at a time, stabilization of the weapon axis and reduction of the weapon mass.
