The branch pipe is made separately from the housing unit (18). Housing unit (18) is provided with seat opening (42) for connecting branch pipe that receives connecting branch pipe (38) and is locked by connecting section (44). Connecting section (44) of connecting branch pipe (38) has first connecting section (52) and second connecting section (54).
