SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to sealing of soft tubes. Claimed process comprises the steps that follow. a) Preparation of the first and second soft tube (1a, 1b) and (b) heating of separation zone thereof by appropriate heaters. c) Mechanical separation of said tubes (1a, 1b) by application of stretching or shearing and stretching forces. This makes both soft tubes (1a, 1b) separate in heated separation zone to the first and second lengths (100a, 100b, 101a, 101b). d) After separation, a mechanical contact originates owing to separation of the first tube end (1001a) of its first length (100a) with the formation of the second pipe (1b) by the end (1001b) of its first length (100b). e) Note here that said mechanical contact is developed so that said ends (1001a, 1001b) of the length (100a, 100b) are heated to such temperature that, at said mechanical contact, they are bonded with material closure without extra heating after their separation. Claimed device boats various components for process implementation.
EFFECT: accelerated bonding, decreased wastes.
