SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, borehole is drilled matching given profile. Geophysical research is performed. Operation column is lowered. Forced in are cementing concrete solution, buffer liquid and sealing composition. In accordance to invention operation column is equipped with step cementation sleeve. Cementing solution is forced into annulus space through shoe of column into interval above the ceiling of productive bed. Then buffer liquid is forced through the stepped cementation sleeve without waiting for hardening of concrete. Isolating liquid is forced in, and a portion of sealing composition is forced in after it. Total density of isolating liquid, sealing composite and cementing solution should provide for creation of hydrostatic pressure, exceeding bed pressure in the productive level not less than by 10-15%.
EFFECT: increased quality and reliability of isolation of beds.
