FIELD: oil and gas deposit development, particularly methods or devices for cementing, for plugging holes, crevices, or the like.

SUBSTANCE: method involves killing well; perforating casing pipe within interval including upper part of permeable bed and overlaying impervious reservoir bottom; injecting sealing matter, plugging composition and displacement liquid; leaving the well as it is for a certain time necessary for plugging composition hardening. The permeable bed is water-bearing bed, which is the closest to lower object to be developed. Casing pipe is perforated within interval of productive reservoirs to be then operated. After that technological packer suspended to flow string is lowered in well. The technological packer is installed over perforated interval including upper part of permeable bed and overlaying impervious reservoir. Sealing matter is injected and forced in casing annulus in several portions up to zero injectivity obtaining along with well packer removing and well flushing. Between sealing matter portions injection the well is left as it is to provide sealing matter hardening. Sealing matter portions are injected under increasing pressure beginning from pressure slightly exceeding water-bearing bed pressure. Plugging composition is injected and arranged in well interior to plug perforation interval of water-bearing permeable bed and overlaying impervious reservoir.

EFFECT: increased well yield.
