FIELD: gas processing industry; other industries; methods and devices for separation of the gases.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of separation of the fed dry gas containing predominantly methane, ethane and propane. The gas is divided into the relatively more flying first product being the enriched gas, and the relatively less flying second product being the fraction of C2 and higher including the operation of chilling of the fed gas with production of the cooled gas, operation of separation and enrichment of the received cooled gas, the operation of distillation in the installation for distillation, and the device for realization of the method. The installation for distillation contains, at least, the first and the second distillation columns operating under the different pressure. The second distillation column forms the stream from the head part and the stream from the lower part. At least a part of the stream from the head part is fed after compression and, at least, after the partial liquefaction to the stage in the head part of the first distillation column. The first distillation column forms also from the head part the third stream from the lower part. At that the third stream from the head part forms the second stream from the head part produced with the help of the installation for distillation. The part of the main stream after throttling is fed to the lower stage of the first distillation column. And to the intermediate stage feed, at least, one part of the secondary stream after throttling. Usage of the invention will allow to optimize the output of ethane and propane.
EFFECT: the invention ensures optimization of the output of ethane and propane.
