FIELD: cryogenic fractionation (at self-refrigeration) and cleaning jointly with heat exchanger. SUBSTANCE: gas flow is treated in heat exchanger making up a single assembly: partially it is condensed at refrigeration in circuits C1 and C5, and the non-condensed gas phase is heated in circuit C2. The required cold is obtained from condensates, which after supercooling in circuit C3 and throttling through valve V1 evaporate in circuit C4. The process may be accomplished in heat exchanger, having many channels in each circuit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas flow cleaning from several condensed components at refrigeration. 10 cl, 2 dwg
