FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplifying impulse signals, in structure of analog interfaces of various functional designation.
SUBSTANCE: amplifier contains first and second differential cascades, connected in parallel to input, collectors of first n-p-n and p-n-p input transistors 1,4 are connected to input 9 of buffer amplifier 10 and main correcting capacitor 11 through first 12 and second 13 current mirrors. Introduced additionally are first 14 and second 15 additional capacitors, capacity of which is selected within limits Ca=(0,3÷1,5)Cc, where Cc - capacity of main capacitor 11 and connected to emitters of input transistors of respectively first and second differential cascade. Collector of second 2 input n-p-n transistor is connected to input of second current mirror 13 through first additional current mirror 16, while collector of second 5 p-n-p input transistor is connected to input of first 12 current mirror through second 17 current mirror.
EFFECT: increased maximal speed of growth of output voltage.
