FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplification of broadband and impulse signals, in the structure of operational amplifiers, power amplifiers and analog interfaces of various functional purposes.
SUBSTANCE: second cascade of fast action operational amplifier with nonlinear check connection contains first (1), second (8) two-cycle emitter repeaters, between potential output (3) of first two-cycle emitter repeater (1) and potential output (10) of second two-cycle emitter repeater (8) a dipole (13) is coupled. Input (2) of first two-cycle emitter repeater (1) is connected to potential output (10) of second two-cycle emitter repeater (8) through first group of separately-parallel coupled p-n transitions (14).
EFFECT: increased speed of operation.
