FIELD: radio and communications engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed differential amplifier that can be used as analog signal amplifier, as part of analog integrated circuits for various functional applications, for instance as operational amplifier has two differential stages with parallel-connected inputs which are built around n-p-n transistors 1, 2 incorporating current-regulating two-terminal network 4 inserted in common emitter circuit and current outputs 11, 12, as well as around p-n-p transistors 5, 6 incorporating current-regulating two-terminal network 8 and current outputs 13, 14. Newly introduced in differential amplifier are first and second current dividers 15 and 16 whose inputs 17, 18 are connected to second leads 19, 20 of second and first current-regulating two-terminal networks 8 and 4, respectively; first and second outputs 21 and 22 of first current divider 15 are coupled with first and second differential-amplifier current inputs 11 and 12, respectively; first and second outputs 23 and 24 of second current divider 16 are connected to third and fourth differential-amplifier current outputs 13 and 14, respectively.

EFFECT: enhanced attenuation constant of input common-mode signal.
