SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; turnip cutting and blanching; carrot, parsley root and onion cutting and roasting in melt fat; leek, goose and gardenstuff cutting; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
