FIELD: medicine, organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microparticles with adsorbing surface and methods for preparing such particles and methods for their using. Microparticles comprise polymer, for example, poly-(α-hydroxyacid) and they are formed by using cationic, anionic and nonionic detergents, and microparticles as submicron emulsions and oil-drop emulsion containing oil and emulsifying agent able for metabolic processes. Surface of microparticles adsorbs polypeptides, such as antigens, and nucleic acids, for example, ELVIS vectors and other vector constructions comprising heterologous nucleotide sequences encoding biologically active macromolecules, such as polypeptides, antigens and adjuvants. Also, invention describes using microparticle-containing compositions used in producing medicinal agents. The advantage of invention involves the development of medicinal agent carriers of enhanced effectiveness.
