SUBSTANCE: there is offered immunogenic composition containing antigen Neisseria containing protein of serogroup B Neisseria meningitides chosen from the group including protein NadA, protein 287, protein 741, protein 953; CpG-oligonucleotide; and also biologically degradable microparticles representing copolymer D, L of lactide with glycolipid PLG. Besides, there is offered method of intensifying the antibody response, mammal protection and application of the composition for drug preparation.
EFFECT: invention can be used for making the vaccines.
