FIELD: transportation means, in particular, rollers skates, which may be used for sports or movement of a person on various types of roadway covering.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention roller skates may be used as transportation means, alternative to bicycles. Roller skates, containing rollers and foot holding means mounted on base, are made with possible connection to one another and disconnection, while skates are equipped with lever gear in form of lever on each skate. One end of each lever is jointly connected to base of its skate, while other end of each lever is made with possible spontaneous forming of either rotation, or cylindrical, or spherical couple between levers by combining skates, fastening aforementioned couple in certain position and its spontaneous disconnection by moving a skate relatively to other skate. In accordance to second variant, skates contains rollers mounted on base, means for holding foot and are made with possible connection to each other and disconnection. At least one of skates is equipped with non-muscular drive. Skates are equipped with lever gear in form of lever on each skate. One end of each lever is jointly connected to base of its skate, while other end of each lever is made with possible spontaneous forming of either rotation, or cylindrical, or spherical couple between levers by combining skates, fastening aforementioned couple in certain position and its spontaneous disconnection by moving a skate relatively to other skate.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures possible usage of roller skates by broad contingent of population of various age groups and with varying levels of health, including people without basic skills for using roller skates, efficient usage of muscle energy, increased safety during operation, comfort of transportation.
