FIELD: child's games, possible use for building three-dimensional hand-held build-up puzzles in form of structures, for example, fairytale houses, towers and other fairytale buildings.
SUBSTANCE: puzzle in form of building contains base and walls made of resilient foamed material with connecting means in form of thorns and grooves of rectangular cross-section, and also roof with cover applied onto them, with an image. As resilient foamed material, material with density 20-35 kg/m3 is used. Cover, carrying an image, is made of paper with density 150-250 g/m2 and is glued to foamed material by means of glue with residual adhesiveness, applied to foamed material. Introduced into puzzle are decorative elements, made of analogical material with cover, carrying an image, applied onto it. Roof and decorative elements are provided with analogical connecting means, width of grooves on mating sides of walls, walls with roof and roof elements amounts to T, where T - thickness of foamed material with cover glued onto it. Width of thorns equals T+Δ, where Δ - 10÷15% of T. during mating of walls and base width of grooves equals 3T, while width of thorns - 3T+Δ, during mating of decorative elements and puzzle elements width of grooves equals 2T, and width of thorns - 2T+Δ.
EFFECT: increased durability of assembled structure, decreased weight and price of same.
