FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely deforming flat metallic materials for producing corrugated shapes.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of passing flat material between two mutually engaged toothed rims of two rotating toothed rolls for forming corrugated shape; adjusting height of shape according to predetermined value by continuously changing controlled axial distance between rolls. Cross section of corrugated shape is defined by regulating lateral gap between mutually engaged toothed rims of rolls. At least one other flat material is placed onto protruded portions of formed shape and it is reliably joined with corrugated shape for producing combination material.
EFFECT: reduced cost for producing from corrugated shape and flat material combination type corrugated material having different height values and cross section contours.
