FIELD: building materials industry; equipment for the semidry molding of the construction products, predominantly bricks.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment of the enterprises of the construction industry and is intended for manufacture of building bricks, tiles and other construction products produced by the method of the dry molding. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the productivity of the jolt-molding machine used for the semidry molding of the construction products, predominantly bricks, due to reduction of time of its operation cycle per one product. This result is ensured due to the fact, that the jolt-molding machine for the semidry molding of products contains the press-mold and the knuckle-joint drive of the pressing plunger, the hinged-lever mechanism of which includes the mounted on the crank shaft main connecting-rod pivotally connected with the rocker arm and with the pressing connecting rod coupled with the pressing plunger, and the hinges connecting the indicated details are spaced in such a manner, that together with the hinge coupling the main connecting rod with the crank-shaft, form the conditional triangular with a, b, c legs. At that the indicated legs of the conditional triangular meet the condition: a>b>c. And the press-mold is made in the form of the pressing horizontal channel with a possibility of withdrawal of the pressed product at the direct run of the pressing plunger. In the preferential design version the conditional triangular legs are in the ratio of а:b:с = 2.9:1:2.1.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the jolt-molding machine used for the semidry molding of the construction products, predominantly bricks, due to reduction of time of its operation cycle per one product.
