SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry and may be used at manufacture of the ceramic articles, predominantly, the clay bricks produced by the method of the semidry molding. The device for semidry molding of the ceramic articles contains the gear of feeding of the moldable material and the horizontally oriented molding channel connected among themselves by means of the charging window, and also the plunger mounted in the molding channel with the capability of the longitudinal reciprocating transportation. The charging window is overlapped by the shutter conducting the reciprocating transportation. At that the gear of feeding of the moldable material is made in the form of the in series installed over the charging window of the molding channel devices: the batcher and the intermediate chamber periodically intercommunicating with it. The internal volume of the intermediate chamber is connected to the vacuum-pumping system. The shutter is mounted in the guides set under the acute angle within the limits of 30°-60° to the longitudinal axis of the molding channel and is linked to the drive gear of its reciprocating transportation. At that the executive part of the shutter has the box-type shape transferring into the wedge shape with the slant plane horizontal and in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the molding channel. The technical result of the invention consists in the increase of the quality of the ceramic articles manufactured by the method of the continuous semidry molding, and also in the increased accuracy of measurements of the articles geometrical dimensions and their mechanical strength.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved the quality of the ceramic articles manufactured by the method of the continuous semidry molding, the increased accuracy of measurements of the articles geometrical dimensions and their mechanical strength.
