FIELD: mechanical engineering; dispensing closing system for containers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system has housing extending from container and provided with aperture-limiting flat, cover made for travel between closed position opposite to flat and open position for putting out product, and metering valve installed in flat aperture relative to housing. Valve has edge part hermetically engaging with housing, head and connecting bushing. Head arranged laterally inwards relative to edge part is provided with outer side pointed to surrounding medium, said outer side being concave, when viewed from outside of container, and inner side pointed to product. Head has normally-closed hole, being opened to pass flow of product under action of pressure differential across valve. Flexible connecting bushing has inner surface pointed to product and outer surface pointed to surrounding medium. Bushing consists of first elbow connected with edge part, second elbow connected with head to position head at a distance laterally inwards from first elbow to contribute to outwards displacement of head when putting product out of container, and bow-shaped transient section connecting first and second elbows. Bow-shaped transient section has concave configuration projection outwards, being viewed from outside of housing. Valve is installed on housing so that transient section projects from aperture or flat through at least part of flat when valve hole is closed but cover is open to put out product. Bow-shaped transient section has surface pointed outwards for engagement with cover for flexibly damping transient section inwards, when cover is closed, thus preventing rolling up of connecting bushing too far outwards with said head in position in which valve hole opens at action of sufficient pressure differential. Dispensing system is essentially closing device separated from container but made for detachable connection to said container around said hole.
EFFECT: provision of reliable operation.
