FIELD: batching and distributing arrangements.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises tip connected with the opening in the tank. The tip defines at least one output opening and spacer. The unit of the nozzle is mounted on the tip for permitting movement between the closed position and open position. The nozzle unit has nozzle provided with batching distributing passage around at least a part of the tip and flexible valve tightly mounted in the batching distributing passage in the nozzle at a distance from the tip. The distributing opening is initially closed, and then it opens due to the pressure drop at the valve. The nozzle unit also has a flow rate controller set under the valve and seal for engaging the tip seal.
