FIELD: safe power transmission from power supplies to load at enterprises with explosive atmosphere.
SUBSTANCE: System has power supply with feeding wires, cable lines for communicating with loads connected with feeding wires, and current stabilizers are connected to gaps in feeding wires. System is additionally provided with data exchange control units provided with loads, which loads have to be identifiers. Positive and negative feeding wires of power supply are connected with cathode and anode of stabilitron through bound resistors, which has output connected with first wire of cable communication line. Control input of current stabilizer is connected with collector of transistor of first optical coupler. Emitter of first optical coupler is connected with anode of stabilitron. Anode of stabilitron is connected with cathode of light-emitting diode of second optical coupler. Anode of optical coupler is connected with second wire of cable communication line. Anode and cathode of light-emitting diode of first optical coupler are connected with data exchange control unit; collector and emitter of second transistor of second optical coupler are connected with exchange unit. At end of cable communication lines the first wire of cable communication line is connected with cathode of light-emitting diode of optical coupler and with base of second transistor and with collector of first transistor through first resistor. Second wire of cable communication line is connected with collector of second transistor through second resistor. Emitter of first transistor is connected with anode of light-emitting diode of optical coupler, cathode of stabilitron, first plate of capacitor and identifier. Emitter of second transistor is connected with collector of transistor of optical coupler, with anode of stabilitron, second plate of capacitor and identifier. Base of first transistor and emitter of transistor of optical coupler are connected with identifier.
EFFECT: improved reliability of spark-safe system.
