FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to software control systems for conveyors. Conveyors automated control complex contains a control panel and the control units connected by a three-wire line. Control panel and control units have an indicating device, an information processing device, devices for controlling the audible alarm, a control device, toggle switches, buttons and a power supply. Additionally control units contain devices with with access to the clamps for connecting the control device of the emergency shutdown line, for connecting the emergency line monitoring device, devices for monitoring security elements on the conveyor drive head, device for monitoring the equipment operation, local control devices, control unit of the transfer device, magnetic starter control devices, decoupling devices for speed sensors. Power supplies of the console and control units are made according to one circuit diagram and contain the first and second intrinsically safe power supplies. Conveyors automated control complex has an additional system of tele-signaling for information exchange between the control panel and control units.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increasing the reliability of the conveyors automated control complex.
