FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine aircraft engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of making of wide-chord hollow blades of fans. Invention is aimed at provision of light hollow wide-chord blade of fan featuring high strength and static stiffness preserved or increasing in process of technological cycle. Proposed result is obtained owing to the fact that in proposed method of manufacture of hollow wide-chord blade of fan consisting of shell and bearing members, including imparting of preset profile and size to blade shell, putting shell and bearing member into stamp following profile and sizes of blade, and diffusion welding at temperature and pressure, bearing member, according to invention, are made of preformed multiply composite material which are fitted in shell at a distance from each other according to scheme of armoring and are subjected to step-by-step thermodeforming treatment with gradual increase of degree of its action onto material.
EFFECT: provision of light-weight hollow wide-chord blade of fan featuring high strength and static stiffness.
