FIELD: aircraft industry; shipbuilding; power machine building; methods of production of the composite material with the internal cavities.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the laminated composite materials with the internal cavities, in particular, to the methods of production of the internal cavities in the constructional components, which have been made out of the laminated composite materials, for example, in the blades of the gas turbine engine (GTE) blowers applied in the aircraft industry, shipbuilding, power machine building. For production of the composite material with the internal cavities of the complex shape and saving its high mechanical properties at production of these cavities and not requiring the high expenditures, the components of the supporting skeleton are produced by the multiple stacking of the monolayers of the fibrous composite material with the metallic array, and the removable inserts have the same characteristics of the compressibility, as such characteristics of the laminated composite material. For production of the composite material with the outer sell the bar is arranged between the components of the outer shell and simultaneously with the bar molding additionally conduct the operation of the diffusion welding of the reinforcing components of the support skeleton and the outer shell, then remove the technological inserts by illuviation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the composite material with the internal cavities of the complex shape and with saving its high mechanical properties at production of these cavities and not requiring the high expenditures.
