SUBSTANCE: proposed energy converter has movable members including rotor with blades, light source, and electric generator electrically connected to light source mechanically coupled through inductor with rotor. Generator output is electrically connected to one light source optically coupled with part of space of converter movable members made of tranclucent material. Mentioned energy converter is implemented in respective design alternate incorporating control-wing wind vane.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and enlarged functional capabilities of converter.
