FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for generation of steam. Proposed steam boiler has furnace, rotary gas duct. Lowering shaft, rear waterwall with aerodynamic projection and vertical section arranged in furnace whose tubes are connected into groups, upper header of rear waterwall communicating with tubes of waterwall and steam superheater with bottom waterwall and bottom waterwall intermediate header arranged in rotary gas duct. Each group of tubes of vertical section of rear waterwall is suspended from upper header of rear waterwall of furnace and bottom waterwall of steam superheater by means of connecting members. Upper header of rear waterwall is suspended from upper members of boiler casing with displacement from plane of rear waterwall depthwise the furnace. Intermediate header of bottom waterwall of steam superheater is moved to upper header of rear waterwall and is suspended from upper members of boiler casing. Suspension members are made in form of tie-rods and longitudinal and lateral stiffening members arranged, accordingly, between ends of tie-rods and from inner side of aerodynamic projection along its tubes and connected with tie-rods to form rigid nonheated spatial structure which is coupled with heated tubes of bottom waterwall of steam superheater and vertical section of rear waterwall of furnace and its upper header with possibility of expansion displacement of the latter relative to said spatial structure.
EFFECT: improved reliability and power rating of boiler.
