FIELD: force measuring equipment engineering, possible use during manufacture and testing of weight-measuring and force-measuring devices.

SUBSTANCE: device contains vertical truss, mounted on which are loading support and loading mechanism, mounted on base of vertical truss, loading sensors. Loading support is enveloped by reverser, fastened to upper loading platform of weight holder, consisting of loading platforms, positioned one below another along vertical axis, coinciding with line of effect of nominal force, set by force-reproducing machine and connected by rods. Lower platform of weight holder is supported by lower supporting platform. Loading sensors are mounted on loading mechanism, supporting platform is mounted on loading sensors. Lower end of each rod is rigidly connected to appropriate platform, upper end is let through aperture, made in above-lying platform with possible vertical movement. Made on lower end of each rod are limiters of vertical movement of platforms, and located on upper end of each rod with possible movement along the rod and fastening to it are other limiters of vertical movement of platforms. Holders are mounted respectively on platforms with possible blocking of rod movement in apertures of appropriate above-lying load platforms. Holders are made in form of semi-washers, height of which equals length of free movement of above-lying platform, while holders of each platform may be rigidly connected to each other.

EFFECT: high trustworthiness of calibration, accelerated calibration, precise measurement of creep of strain-gauging sensors.
