SUBSTANCE: device has control block, information inputs-outputs of which through data transfer system are mated with socket of address fire alarm, constant voltage stabilizer, connected by inputs to outputs of accumulator battery, and output - to inputs of control block - input of positive feeding voltage and through flush circuit to flush input, block for controlling discharge of accumulator battery, connected by first and second inputs to outputs of accumulator battery, third input - to digital controlling output of control block, and by first output - to input of analog-digital converter of control block, voltage multiplexer, connected by first input to output of pulse-duration modulation of control block, by second input - to second output of block for controlling discharge of accumulator battery, and by output - to second input of data transfer circuit, data input block, connected to data inputs of control block, data indication block, connected to initialization outputs and data outputs of control block, sound alarm circuit, connected by input to second output of pulse-duration modulation of control block, which is connected by operation inputs to reprogramming clamps.

EFFECT: provision of precise, reliable control over parameters of installed address fire alarm.
