FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems. System comprises a hardware unit for receiving and transmitting information, which includes a unit for warning and access control, a unit for security functions and monitoring of fire alarm, a video surveillance unit, a monitoring system server and a controller connected to the EMERCOM center through Internet communication. First and second outputs of the warning and access control unit are connected to the first inputs of the controller and the video surveillance unit, respectively. Alert system address bus is connected to input of security functions and fire alarm control unit, first and second outputs of which are connected to first input of monitoring system server and second input of video surveillance unit. Stationary video camera is connected to video surveillance unit located above door phone call unit connected to warning and access control unit and external chambers.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the security and communication system for limiting and controlling access, rapid response to emergency situations.
