SUBSTANCE: device has terminals for connecting to an address alarm loop, a microcontroller, a power supply unit, an interface unit and a measurement unit with terminals for connecting the monitored device. Terminals for connecting to the address alarm loop are connected through a protection unit to the input of the power supply and the bidirectional first input of the interface unit, which is connected by data inputs and data outputs to corresponding data outputs and data inputs of the microcontroller, and the power supply unit is connected to the power input of the microcontroller and to the first input of the measurement unit, which contains series-connected switching unit and synchroniser unit. The first input of the switching unit is the first input of the measurement unit. The second input of the switching unit is connected to the control output of the microcontroller, and the output - to the input of the synchroniser unit, which is connected by the first output to the base voltage input of the microcontroller, and by the second output - to the input of the analogue-to-digital converter of the microcontroller, and by the third and fourth - to terminals for connecting the monitored device.
EFFECT: wider functional capabilities and reduced cost of the system as a whole.
