FIELD: methods and devices for controlling traffics.

SUBSTANCE: system includes inquisitor mounted in control station and transponder arranged in motor vehicle. Question setter includes computer, display, video camera, control board, first transmitter, first isolating member, first receiver and first transceiver antenna 10. First transmitter includes first driving generator, first phase manipulator, first heterodyne unit, first mixer, first intermediate frequency ωint1 amplifier and first power amplifier. First receiver includes second power amplifier, second heterodyne unit, second mixer, first amplifier 2 of second intermediate frequency ωint2, first multiplier, first band filter and first phase detector. Transponder includes second transceiver antenna, second isolating member, second receiver, inverter, decoder, second transmitter, comparing unit, address counter, first and second ROM units, switch and timing pulse generator. Second transmitter includes second driving generator, second phase manipulator, third heterodyne unit, third mixer, amplifier of intermediate frequency ωint and third power amplifier. Second receiver includes fourth power amplifier, fourth heterodyne unit, fourth mixer, second amplifier of second intermediate frequency, second multiplier, second band filter and second phase detector. In order to exchange discrete information through radio system between inquisitor and transponder unit, complex phase-manipulated signals are used.

EFFECT: improved reliability of identifying motor vehicle.
