The device has dispatcher unit (1), locomotive (2) and geostationary earth satellite transponder (3) with transceiving antenna (4), generators (52) and (54) pseudorandom sequence, carrier frequency synthesisers (6) and (42), phase manipulators, analogue message sources, amplitude modulators, oscillator frequency synthesisers, mixers, amplifiers for the first and second intermediate frequency, power amplifiers, transmitting antennae, receiving antennae, amplitude limiters, synchronous detectors, multipliers, differential frequency amplifier, band-pass filters, phase detectors, memory units, correlation processing unit, device for measuring range and speed of the locomotive, recording and analysis units, synchronisers and pseudorandom code generators.

EFFECT: increased noise immunity, integrity and security of information exchange between the dispatcher unit and the train and determination of train movement parameters.
