FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises abrasion member made of a hollow truncated cone and mounted in the ring recess defined over periphery of the flexible base from inside. The member has inner radial grooves. The inner radial short and long alternating groves made in the flexible base and the ring recesses are axially aligned. The base is made of a cap provided with bosses with grooves arranged over periphery of the outer side. The external radial grooves are shifted with respect to the inner radial short and long grooves arranged in the staggered order. The tab spring washer made of a hollow truncated cone is mounted on the flexible base.
