FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Spring consists of larger and smaller diameter alternating annular resilient cone discs, arranged between base and cover. Edges of discs are bent in opposite directions along radius providing connection. Each disc contains three radial grooves, which are directed from the larger base to the smaller one. Each of the radial slots is ended by hole for stress relieving. On the lid the mesh damper base is fixed, containing three intermediate vibration damping layers. On base, made in form of a plate there is a lower washer. Mesh element is arranged on lower washer and locked by upper pressure washer. Ring, which is connected to the upper washer, is enclosed by the ring, which is connected to the bottom of the net damper. Internal discs and spherical segments side tapered surfaces are coated with vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. Surface, which is located along the perimeter of the base, is covered with the layer of friction material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
