FIELD: aeronautical engineering; rotorcraft rescue systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system has container with parachute mounted on upper main rotor and rigidly connected with pivot axle mounted in main rotor hub by means of radial-thrust bearings. Besides that, container is provided with stabilizer rigidly secured on it for excluding rotation of container with parachute around its axis due to friction forces arising in radial-thrust bearing during rotation of main rotor hub. Outer and inner races of radial-thrust bearings may be fitted both on main rotor hub and on pivot axle.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
