FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: rotor with adjustable pitch blades and adjustable torsion contains closed wing connected by flexible for torsion blades with one or several coaxial inserts, at that connection of the blades and closed wing is rigid, resilient or elastoviscous. The rotor contains control device of common/cycle pitch of the blades set partially or completely by the relative position (rotation, inclination, shift) of the inserts. Flexible for torsion blades have adjustable airfoil section camber, at that the blades rigidity for torsion and/or transverse bending is variable along the blade. The blades have complex 3D form: bends, expansions, constrictions, splitting, interfaces, knees, deflected leading edge flap and/or tail flaps. Movable fixing of the blades to one or several inserts is made via the torque pin or axial, or shifted axial hinge. The blades securing to the insert can be rigid, at that blades have the deflected tail flap. Rotor can be used in wind-driven electric plant.
EFFECT: increased speed of rotary-wing aircraft.
