FIELD: air intake passages of flying vehicle engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed air intake passage has profiled cylindrical branch pipe with base, inner perforated skin 4 and center perforated skin 5 and two layers of honeycomb filler engageable with closed ring-shaped flanges over end faces. Inner and center skins of air intake passage are made in form of cylindrical members mounted concentrically at circular clearance where first layer of honeycomb filler is laid; it is made in form of solid cylindrical member closed over ring; second layer of honeycomb filler is made in form of panels 7 located over perimeter of center skin at clearance 8 between them. Outer surface of each panel is provided with metal base mating with configuration of outer surfaces of honeycomb panels.
EFFECT: reduced mass of air intake passage; increased area of perforated surface; enhanced efficiency of reduction of noise.
