FIELD: technical acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic radiation power meter has tank filled with water. Sound absorber is mounted on bottom of tank. Device also has hollow-bodied target provided with membrane mounted on top of it; membrane is fastened to target under tested ultrasonic radiator. Device also has device compensating power influence of ultrasonic radiation on target. Target and membrane are made in form of similar cone-shaped surfaces. Cone-shaped surface of case is made convex, and cone-shaped surface of membrane is concave. Device for compensating ultrasonic radiation n target is made in form of rods oriented in vertical. Top ends of rods come out of water, and lower ends of rod are fixed on target's case uniformly along perimeter to control vertical position relatively case of target. Tank is made of transparent material; linear scale is applied onto walls of container.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
