FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting medicinal dosages and schemes of their introduction at treating malignant tumors of different localization at different stages of their development. The method suggested concentrates on studying the samples of human biological media taken both before and after seance of therapy, moreover, biological medium should be prepared for the sample, one should obtain biological spectrums from the samples and after analyzing their curves taken before and after therapy it is important to evaluate individual sensitivity to therapeutic impact, moreover, beforehand, due to knowing the initial concentration one should determine the dosage of the introduced medicinal preparation, detect optical activity of medicinal preparation, obtain preliminary IR spectrum curve of permeability of biological medium sample before introducing medicinal preparation by obtaining a calibrating curve, obtain IR spectrum curve for permeability of biological medium sample after introducing medicinal preparation in control time intervals for detecting the concentration of preparation, conclude upon either sensitivity or intact nature of concrete tumor at the stage in question and time of its development towards concrete medicinal preparation at chemotherapy of malignant tumor, moreover, it is important to obtain the curve of sample's permeability spectrum in time intervals being multiple the time of blood recycle and chosen to be either proportional or alternating, or in their combination, obtain the set of the curves of permeability spectrum of biological medium sample at irradiating with IR radiation due to measuring the value of absorption at wave length ranged 1-50 mcm isolated in accordance to optical activity of medicinal preparation, carry out comparative analysis for the dynamics of the tempo of introducing medicinal preparation based upon measurements of coefficients of permeability in IR range of samples' wave lengths between each other at taking into consideration a calibration curve, after computed processing one should detect absolute values of the concentration of medicinal preparation based upon comparative analysis of the present samples taken in control time intervals. The innovation enables to achieve increased accuracy of diagnosing the dosage of medicinal preparation at treating oncological patients, for example, 5-fluorouracil, at any daytime interval, in different human media, for example, blood, urine, expired air; also, it develops more simplified, reliable, quick and accurate method for identifying medicinal preparation in human biological media.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
