SUBSTANCE: multiple cake includes several layers of biscuit made of dough and finishing layers for side and upper surface with decorations. Dough contains high-grade wheat flour, send sugar, cocoa powder, sour cream of 15-20 % fatness and table soda in specific component ratio. Filler layer represents butter cream containing milk product, such as sour cream of 30-40 % fatness and sugar in specific component ratio.

EFFECT: cake of high taste characteristics, caloricity and design, made of common inexpensive products.
